You can print these at home with sticker sheets(Avery) or professionally through Uprinting.com, Onlinelabels.com, or another online print shop.

I always recommend getting your labels printed through a professional printer as you will get better results doing this.
As all of my customers come from different countries, regions, and states please check what label services and sizes are available to you as this may differ from country to country.

I am unable to recommend a specific paper but I have had customers have some success with the Avery Label paper, they also have a handy online tool to lay out your labels ready to print from home!
